Our personnel are explicitly advised against attempting to link de-identified data to an individual or infer characteristics pertaining to a specific person. Similar compliance with these stipulations is expected from any processors handling de-identified data.

This information is stored behind a firewall on a secure server hosted by authorized third-party providers such as Salesforce, ZOHO, Microsoft 365 for Business and/or SDrive. These providers adhere to the regulations stipulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), ensuring compliance and the highest standards of data security.

Payment

We utilize HELCIM as our payment processing solution. Through HELCIM’s platform, you can conveniently make one-time payments or set up recurring payments until your balance is settled. HELCIM adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to ensure the security of your payment card details during processing. Please note that the entire payment process is exclusively overseen by HELCIM, and at no point does Patriot NEXUS Letters access or store your payment card information.

How We Share the Information We Collect
