About Dr. Jeremy Montrose
Dr. Jeremy Montrose is a dentist exclusively providing treatments for sleep related breathing disorders, TMD, airway and TMD focused orthodontics, craniofacial development, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and tethered oral tissues, for patients of all ages. He has been licensed in Oregon, Colorado, and New York and has educated many health care providers as well as the general public through lectures, presentations, local tv and radio interviews, as well as published articles.
Through extensive and diverse continuing education and professional memberships he has developed and incorporates an eclectic mix of treatment options and philosophies to treat each individual based on their specific situation and goals. Dr. Montrose is passionate about his belief that by targeting underlying problems and working with the body it is possible to resolve many of the symptoms and diseases plaguing today’s modern society without dependence on chronic medications or overly invasive techniques.

About Brandi Lewis
Brandi Lewis is a United States Army Veteran and a lifelong member of the military community, bringing a unique and deeply personal perspective to her work at Patriot NEXUS Letters. Her experience spans nearly every facet of military life—she grew up as a military brat with a father who retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1981, she is a proud military wife who supported her husband through his 27-year career in the U.S. Army, and she is the mother of a U.S. Navy Submariner.
Brandi holds a Master of Business Administration Management and has combined her education with her passion for serving those who have served. She understands firsthand the challenges veterans face when navigating the VA claims process and is dedicated to providing them with the resources and support they need to secure the benefits they deserve.
As a co-owner of Patriot NEXUS Letters, Brandi is committed to ensuring that veterans receive strong, evidence-based NEXUS letters that make a meaningful difference in their claims. She resides in Colorado Springs, where she continues to advocate for and assist fellow veterans with dedication and integrity.
