Who completes my medical evidence documents?

Your records are reviewed and your evidence documents are completed by licensed M.D. and D.O. physicians for physical conditions, and by doctoral-level providers for mental health evaluations. You are never paired with physician assistants or nurse practitioners, and no document is written from a template - everything is written specifically for you.

Do you use templates to recycle your letters?

No. We do not use fill-in-the-blank templates, and no letter is recycled from another veteran's file. Every document is written from scratch after the provider has read your full records: your history, your diagnoses, and the specific events in your service that connect to them. Two veterans with the same condition will receive two completely different documents, because no two files tell the same story. That individualized approach is also why our physicians can stand behind every opinion they sign - and it is exactly the kind of cookie-cutter evidence the VA is trained to discount. If a provider will not read your records closely enough to write specifically for you, that is a sign to look elsewhere.

Can I see the documents and request revisions if needed?

Yes. You see the written work, and if anything is missing or inaccurate you can request revisions. We want the evidence in your file to be accurate and complete, and we work with you until it is.

Does this guarantee a favorable VA decision?

No. No ethical provider can guarantee what the VA will decide. What we do guarantee is an honest, evidence-based opinion: if the records support the connection, we write it; if they do not, we tell you plainly and you are not charged for an opinion we cannot stand behind.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available through Affirm, so you can spread the flat fee over time instead of paying everything up front. You will see your options before you commit to anything.

Yes. Your records are uploaded through a secure, HIPAA compliant, encrypted portal, shared only with the provider reviewing your file, and handled under federal privacy requirements. Nothing is sold or shared with marketers.
