Accessing your portal is simple:

- 2Enter the email address you provided to Patriot Nexus Letters.
- 3Clio will email you a secure link to access your portal.
- 4Open the link and upload your requested documents.
No password is required.

Secure Client Portal
Your records are uploaded through our secure client portal rather than through ordinary email.
What documents should I upload?
To help prevent delays, please upload all relevant records requested for your service. We have created a complete checklist showing the documents we commonly need, including:
- DD-214
- Current VA disability rating and individual service-connected condition breakdown
- Relevant VA decision letters
- Relevant military, VA, and private medical records
- Personal statement - see our personal statement tips
- Buddy statements, if applicable
- Medication list, if applicable
Before You Upload
Before uploading your records:
- Make sure documents are legible and complete.
- Upload records related to the condition or conditions being evaluated.
- Include all relevant VA decision letters.
- If you have multiple files, clearly named documents can help keep your records organized.
- Use the secure client portal for medical and military records rather than sending sensitive documents through unsecured methods.
Having Trouble Accessing Your Portal?
If you do not receive the secure login email:
- Confirm that you entered the same email address you provided to Patriot Nexus Letters.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Try submitting your email address again.
